In this lunch and learn you will uncover the benefits of using 360 assessments and understand the role they play in developing self-awareness and enhanced leadership skills. You will explore what makes for a successful 360 assessment experience – what to do and what not to do. You will learn how 360s can enhance and transform skills for individuals, specific teams, or an entire company’s management team. What types of 360s are out there and what resources can I tap into?
When Jeffrey writes a book it will be titled “Priest, Pens and President”. Starting his career as a catholic priest working in faith communities in Australia and the U.S., Jeffrey went through a major career change in his early thirties and transitioned into office product sales, with a focus on the U.S. federal government market. Jeffrey worked his way up to lead Office Depot’s federal sales vertical, responsible for a $200 million book of business.
Recruited by a successful $250 million manufacturer, distributor and retailer, Jeffrey implemented a new sales organization, after six years became Chief Operating Officer, and for the last seven led the company as President. Jeffrey now consults and coaches executives and companies to help them maximize their growth opportunities. Jeffrey is married and loves being a parent of two amazing teenagers.
